Excellent. I sense some OKR principles in there.

Couple of questions:

How will you track it and be held accountable.

If you achieve all this/ do this, what will be the outcome and impact. What’s driving you

I don't have a specific tracking system for all of the points, but some of them are measured regularly in standard ways (e.g., financials or health goals).

Put simply, what's driving me is curiosity: just want to see what more I can do in the areas where I feel I can do more.
